“Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun impresses with its vast array of pools and a particularly well-appointed gym, though the beach itself is less remarkable. While dining options are plentiful and some à la carte experiences shine, a few service kinks in less formal settings are noticeable. The dedication of specific staff members, especially butlers and the vibe team, truly elevates the stay, ensuring a memorable holiday even when minor issues like hot water interruptions arise.”
